I created Better Home Cook because I wanted a site where people could find answers to to everything about cooking, even the most specific questions.
Since I was a kid, I’ve always been very curious. I was that one annoying kid always asking “Why?” to everything, and I wasn’t trying to mess with people when I asked that question. I genuinely wanted to know why.
When I got into cooking I started thinking more about why we cook the way we do. I started asking myself lots of questions that I couldn’t answer myself. So, naturally I turned to the internet and searched for answers.
There I would spend hours and hours searching for an answer that would satisfy my curiosity, and after doing this a lot of times. I figured I must as well share those answers I found in a simple, no-fluff and easy to read format.
So I do the hours of research, and you get to read the best answers and solutions that I can find.
